We currently have over 300,000 products in the special order store. You can browse by category or manufacturer, or search by keyword; creating a user account is optional. All prices are US list and are shown for comparison only. Once you have selected a list of products that you are interested in you can either print the list and fax it to Sales at 296-1212, or save the list as a quote and forward to us via e-mail at sales@cc.bm. Once we have received your list of products we will acknowledge your request within 4 hours, during normal business hours. As soon as we receive confirmation from our US suppliers of the final price and export suitability we will then price each item and respond to you with the local Bermuda price inclusive of shipping and duty - normally this will take 1 - 2 business days from the time your request was first received. Our special order store indicates which products are in stock with our suppliers (along with the quantity available); in general these products can be received the fastest in Bermuda. Products that show zero stock will vary in lead time and availability - some may have very long lead times (or be discontinued), while others may ship directly from the manufacturer the next day. Our special order store also includes a memory configurator linked to our suppliers. For major brands such as Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba and HP, this tool displays all of the model numbers and a range of memory options available. It covers not only computers but also peripherals that use expansion memory such as laser printers, digital cameras and MP3 players. Although there is a 'checkout' button in the special order store, orders will only be considered final after you have accepted our quotation in Bermuda dollars. If you do not have a Net 30 account with us, a deposit will be required before we place an order with our suppliers. Local delivery is free for orders totaling $150 or more. The Bermuda warranty on goods is usually shorter than the US warranty, and is 90-days unless stated otherwise in our quotation. Once an item ships from our US supplier the order cannot be cancelled; there are no returns on special order items. Please contact us with any questions or suggestions.
