![]() | Delivery Guaranteed Stock We work extremely hard to ensure the accuracy of our website. It doesn't matter what time of day (or night) you access our website - whether midnight Wednesday or Sunday afternoon - it is always accurate. In fact, we guarantee that what you see on our site is in stock here on the Island at that time and available for immediate delivery or pickup. If you ever place an online order for an item and we don't have at least one of that item in stock, we will offer you a 10% discount on the same item when it comes back into stock, or a similar item of greater value for the same price (subject to availability). Our guarantee applies only to online orders - if you telephone or e-mail (or stop by) to ask if something is in stock, we cannot guarantee it will still be in stock at a later time, as that item could be sold out in a matter of seconds due to online orders. Items that sell out disappear from our website until they are back in stock. We suggest that you order online when you see the item you want to ensure that you will not be disappointed! Delivery Timing At Computer City online orders are the highest priority. Online orders will be processed in the order received and before orders received by telephone, fax, e-mail or any other method. Delivery: Items that you see on our web site are in stock, and will be delivered in one business day or less. If you place an order for a special order item, we will advise of the estimated delivery date. However, factors beyond our control can affect the delivery date of special orders. You can place an order anytime, seven days a week, but orders are only delivered Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. If you order after 12 noon, you will likely get delivery by noon the next day, but no later than 5pm the next day. If you order before noon, you may get delivery the same day, but no later than noon the next day. Our average time to deliver an order in Hamilton is about three hours, but we do not guarantee every order will be delivered this fast, especially if outside of Hamilton. Delivery does not include unpacking and setup, but this is available for a small additional charge. If you have a special delivery request we will accommodate it if possible. Pickup: If you have selected to pickup your order please allow at least 2 hours before coming in to ensure we have your order ready in its entirety and to minimise your waiting time. Sometimes items may not be in our main shop and have to be transferred from our warehouse; this is especially true for orders with large quantities of a single item. When you come in please tell our staff that you have placed an online order to avoid duplication of orders. Pickup is available Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm excluding holidays. Note: if you have selected items with your purchase that need to be installed (OEM software, additional memory, other add-in cards), please allow an additional 24 hours (Monday - Friday) for this to be completed. Microsoft require us to install OEM software such as Microsoft Office OEM versions prior to releasing the computer system for delivery or pickup. This is not a requirement on standard retail-boxed software. |
